World Wetland Day February 2nd, 2020
World Wetland Day is a day of importance celebrating the wetlands around the world, including the Al Zorah Nature Reserve, Ajman. We enjoyed a Mangrove Kayak Nature Tour and also planted some all important mangrove saplings.
Emirati Womens Day August 28, 2019
On Emirati Womens Day we celebrate mothers, sisters, wives and daughters, and recognise the country's ladies and their contribution to the UAE's ongoing prosperity. Our very special guest Sheikha Al Jameelah Al Nuaimi joined these great women planting mangrove saplings to make a positive contribution to our precious environment.
World Oceans Day June 8th, 2019
World Oceans Day provides an opportunity to honor, help protect, and conserve the ocean, a day for celebrating the role of the oceans in our everyday life and inspiring action to protect the ocean and sustainably use of marine resources. We paddled across to a nearby beach where everyone collected trash from the beach and then planted some mangrove saplings to help give back to our environment.
Paddle for the Planet June 2nd, 2019
Paddle for the Planet is a movement that unites paddlers around the world for a one day global event in an effort to raise environmental awareness and give something back to our oceans. Not only did we explore the Al Zorah Nature Reserve but we also had a beach clean up of ocean debris and help our environment.
